Refund policy

At Verve Origin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. For return requests, please contact us.
